Ingredients

Refrigerated chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia nut, or peanut butter cookie dough (or flavor of choice)

Vanilla ice cream (or flavor of choice)

Optional toppings: chocolate syrup, whipped cream, & a cherry.

Directions

Preheat oven to about 375.

Fill Four (3 or 4") ramekins halfway with cookie dough.

Bake about 12-18 minutes till golden brown, but still a little soft in the center. Check for doneness, so cookie dough doesn't overcook/burn.

Do not remove from ramekins. Top with scoop of ice cream.

For an ooey-gooey treat, drizzle with chocolate syrup, top with whipped cream & a cherry... and dig in.
