- 4 Dressed and Washed Partridges. shopping list
- salt,pepper shopping list
- 4 Cups cabbage,shredded shopping list
- 4 Slices bacon shopping list
- 4 cabbage leaves shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons butter,melted shopping list
- 1 Cup chicken broth shopping list
- 4 carrots,sliced shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon(each) thyme,tarragon,pepper,salt shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle inside of partridges with salt and pepper.
- Mix the cabbage and bacon that has been fried and crumbled.
- Spoon 1/4 mixture into each bird.
- Wrap each with the cabbage leaves,tie with string.
- Place in skillet.
- Mix other ingredents together and pour over partridges.
- Bring to a boil,reduce heat,cover and simmer for about 30 minutes(or) until done.
- Serve with pan sauce
