How to make it

  • Sprinkle inside of partridges with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the cabbage and bacon that has been fried and crumbled.
  • Spoon 1/4 mixture into each bird.
  • Wrap each with the cabbage leaves,tie with string.
  • Place in skillet.
  • Mix other ingredents together and pour over partridges.
  • Bring to a boil,reduce heat,cover and simmer for about 30 minutes(or) until done.
  • Serve with pan sauce
