Ingredients

Ingredients:

6 cups cooked Penne pasta; as the package directs.

2 cups shredded cooked skinless chicken breast

1 cup chopped red onion

¼ cup each chopped red or green bell pepper and sliced Zucchini

1 ( 4oz) can medium sliced black olives, drained

1 tsp. Crushed red pepper

1 tsp. Salt

1 can HEALTHY CHOICE recipe creations Cream of Roasted Chicken w/ Herbs condensed soup

½ cup each lemon juice and fat-free shredded Parmesan cheese

½ cup shredded fresh basil

Directions

Method:

In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, olives, red pepper and salt; toss lightly. In small bowl, combine soup and lemon juice; mix well. Pour soup mixture over pasta salad; mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and basil, if desired.

Calories per serving: 258

If served with Wine, Vegetables and Bread add another 300 calories per serving.

I like pasta occasionally, since I'm Roman Italian last name Spinucci growing up I had pasta till it was comming out of my ears. So now it is limited.
