Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) Vanilla Pudding
  • 1/2 oz. caramel sauce
  • 1 Anjou pear
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 oz. water
  • 1 pirouline cookie
  • Sprig of mint, optional

Directions
  1. Spoon warm caramel sauce in bottom of martini glass, shingle slices of ripe Anjou pear along inside edge of glass, (treat with lemon juice & water to avoid discoloration). Fill glass with Vanilla Pudding leaving 1/2" at brim of glass. Garnish with more warm caramel sauce, pirouline cookie & sprig of mint, if desired.
