Starbucks Frappechino Bottled Version Recipe

This is a great inexpensive copycat recipe that I use for Starbuck's Frappachino.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. fresh expresso, chilled
- 2 1/2 c. 2% milk
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 TB. dry pectin
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or covered container. Stir or shake until sugar is dissolved. Chill and serve.
- Mocha: add 1/16 tsp. cocoa powder before combining.
- Faking Expresso: 1/3 c. coffee grounds, and 1 c. water. Brew once then run coffee through again using the same grounds. Makes about 1/2 c. expresso for the recipe.

I love those, if I use splenda and skim... do ya think it would ruin them? I try to wear blinders when we go past them in the store as they are so fattening and I will drink all 4 in a day... or less!

I am SOOOO addicted to these (the hubby calls them my "crack" and they cost a fortune. The caramel are my favorite and they are hard to find!
