A nice change from a plain potato side dish. Another idea is, to add in a can of drained salmon or tuna & omit the nutmeg.

Just one question!
Where's the salmon in these Potato, Spinach, Cheese, Salmon Balls? In your description you mention that you can add tuna or salmon & omit nutmeg.
So, I guess we could add 1 salmon or tuna steak, run through a food processor & let it cook for the 20 mins. all the other ingredients cook.
