  I can't believe it's nearly September!!
  Hello everyone, just to let you know I'm still here... things have been a bit crazy.
  How about a spot of lunch? chicken and leafy salad sandwiches on crusty baguettes with lots of home-made coleslaw, and some fruit salad and Greek yoghurt.
  
  Just looking back briefly I see there is a lot going on, I will need to read over the posts more carefully.
  
  Hope your Friday is going well - anyone got special plans for the long weekend?

  I had the day off for a dr appt ... no A+ today ... I did get a flu shot tho :-(
