I see that notifications have been intentionally disabled. Any ETA on when they may reactivate?

it's currently turned off, though, on purpose, while they work through the bugs :)

Yeah, if you go to your "settings" section, then click the "notifications" tab you can see all the options. We are hoping to get notifications turned back on in the next 1-2 weeks. Sorry for the delay.

Thanks Keni and Kristopher, but I think I didn't clarify that question. I don't mean the e-mail notifier, I mean the one on this site like we had before where it would tell you there was a comment made on one of your recipes or that someone had left a comment on our profile page....?

I posted recipes for the first time this afternoon. I just came bakc to the site, and on the very first page, on the right, where it says "Your Uploads" I had links to the recipes I just posted and they both had a box beside them that said "new comments"
SO that is the comments on recipes notifier. Not sure how long it stays...before it was gone if you moved away from the page and came back...
The new comments on profile page...I haven't seen any notifications of that, but, I see them when I go to my page. AND, I had a new comment on an old recipe today, and it was on the profile page, but, what was great was that it had the name of the recipe out from it, so I knew I had a new comment on that old recipe. : )

If you visit the homepage there is a box on the right-hand side of the page that says "Your Uploads". That will let you know when there are new comments/reviews. As @sparow pointed out, this gets reset with every login, so it is easy to miss things.

This only shows updates for your last 3 recipes. What we need is an update message that pops up in your "What's New" section whenever *any* of your recipes gets reviewed. We'll add this to the "To Do" list.
