1. will prior photos of recipes be back on line? It's a shame if all our photos cannot be kept- just wondering

2. Still using an old browser and group recipes icon don't come up with older browser ( ex I.E 6 ) esp: log on, search panal, recipe icons to upload etc. Posting this with a friends computer!

And even with new browser I have trouble using and listing categories for recipes

Here are the only issues with photos:
1) Full-sized recipe photos from the old site haven't been moved yet. But you can still view the thumbnail versions fine. Full-sized photos will be moved over this week.
2) We used to allow you to have multiple personal profile photos. This is no longer the case (at least for now). You now have a single avatar.

If you are talking about any other photos not showing up, then there was an error in the source photo and it won't be moved to the new site.

As far as browsers are concerned, IE6 is very unsecure and old. Microsoft *strongly* recommends that you should upgrade. All other browsers work fine. If you are looking for a new browser (they are free btw), we recommend google chrome: http://www.google.com/chrome

I understand the one avatar thing, but it's the one thing I wish we'd had some warning on... because of the ability to upload a full photo, no cropping, I had a few on here that I don't have anywhere else but maybe buried on a memory stick somewhere... I wish I had saved them before we lost access to them.

yeah, but I know why, I think... I'm missing all the ones that were the only photo for a recipe. Since I'm not the owner, and they didn't "choose" them(even though I asked before I posted, if I was unsure that it would be okay, cus that's just me :), then they aren't showing up. I can't put them up under "more" because I don't have them, anymore. :(

I would be surprised if it was cus of any errors with mine, just because I do them the same way every single time, and I had a lot of photos. :)

I think I have a beat on what is happening here. As before, rest assured that we still have all *source* photos, it's just a matter of figuring out why the thumbnail sizes for the first non-owner photo weren't converted over properly. If it comes down to it, I'll convert them by hand. :)

Your photos and recipes are phenomenal, and the way you use the site is *exactly* how we envisioned things when we started this.

I will look into this on Sunday and see if I can get things prepped to fix this early next week (if not sooner).
