Recipe Search

Recipe Search

  Having some trouble with the Recipe tab and the scroll down. Can only go to the first thing listed which is Categories. When I try to go to Search or anything else below, the whole box disappears. Was searching for a recipe tonight. Did finally find it but not with that. Fortunately, I knew who posted it and sorted thru her recipes to find it. Is it user error? Tried to click and hold but still it disappeared. Help!

(even though I had already found it) But it was for a brine which I would not have thought would show up under main dishes, but it did. That's why I didn't bother looking there before. Guess it depends on what category the person posted it under.

  In the meantime, you can move your mouse over that little "porthole" with the magnifying glass icon in it (located at the top right of every page). That will open a search box.

  Hi Kristopher. I use IE8, It must have something to do with my computer, not the site because I'm on a different computer right now and it works just fine. It has worked before since I have uploaded recipes and I only use my computer for that. I was having some other issues unrelated to this site last night so must be on my end. Thanks anyway. And thanks for reminding me about that little porthole....I had forgotten about that!
