Shopping List

The shopping list is phenomenal. I especially love how it works when you are on a recipe. Clicking the shopping list in a recipe brings up all the recipe ingredients then lets you check off the items you'll need to pick up.

I was just working with my shopping list and discovered the "Aisle" feature. I am a very very bad grocery store shopper so I thought maybe categorizing my list that way would help me. I added a new "Aisle" category and everything.

While I was working with it I noticed a small interface issue. The box that allows you to add ad hoc items to your grocery list obscures the drop down list for Isles. At least it did for me. Windows 7, Firefox 3.6

Hmmm. The "Add Item" section should always be in the open white space to the right side of your shopping list items. When you click "aisle" that list should never extend beyond the right edge of your shopping list items. Meaning, those two boxes should never cross. Perhaps I'm not visualizing correctly.

Do you know how to take a screen shot of the page by chance? That would help.

Just discovered one other little thing.
After you organize you grocery list and it is all lovely and orderly, then hit the print button, it reverts to its disorderly state. I'm pretty sure that you intended for it to stay organized when going to print.

I was actually about to repost to this thread to mention that you are going to run into this bug. This worked at launch, but a few recent changes broke this. Terribly sorry about this one.

We are going to look at this this evening, and hopefully the fixes will be visible this weekend.

About your other issue, was the above description accurate?

Thanks for the photo. I see what is going on. Couple of questions.

    1) What size is your monitor (i.e. 17", 19", 20"...etc)
    2) Is the browser window fully maximized or has it been resized?

Thanks for that info. It helps very much.

These sorts of bugs are a bit more difficult to handle, but it's on our radar and will get it squared away (hopefully this weekend).
