Standard macaroni salad. It does need more salt.
Minced all veggies.
All else came out to spec.
Doubled the recipe without trouble.

I haven't had macaroni salad in ages. Funny, but I always think of that as a summer dish. At least this one has mustard in it. I gotta have mustard in my macaroni or potato salad!

I haven't had macaroni salad in forever either! I guess it's known as a summer food since it ends up at BBQ's and get togethers. I definitely think it's a year round food though :)
