'Happy Thanksgiving Canadians! :) Wow.....TWO celebrations on one day! :)

It's going to be a beautiful fall day. The sun is up. We got frost last night. I'm going to pick the last of my tomatoes this morning as I just don't think they're going to ripen much more on the vines and I'm risking them getting frozen.

I'm going to make Poached eggs and fried tomatoes for breakfast and an appetizer lunch mid-day. I've got a ton of munchies to put out. Should be fun. It'll be Roast Turkey, Mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed carrots and
Leek And Sage Croustade
and if I'm feeling extra energetic I'll make
Pear And Pecan Salad

It'll be a busy day! Wishing everyone a great one!

Good Morning Everyone.
Oh My Janet. I posted a second later than you. Ooops. Joce please delete mine.

I woke up early this morning, around 6:30 and could not fall back to sleep so I got up around 7:30. It's a beautiful morning here. Not sure of our plans today. Took out chicken breast to thaw and will grill it for dinner with salad and something else. Not much else going on at the moment.

Happy Thanksgiving Janet and Joce. What's not to love about a Thanksgiving dinner, YUM!! The appy looks good and I bet was delicious.

Awesome that you are still getting tomatoes Janet! Maybe they will ripen up more on a window sill? It's definitely a good day to have more energy :) Sounds like a great spread today, enjoy!! The appt last night looks AMAZING!

Today we are having the second day of our weekend tournament, it's a little over an hour away. Luckily we are starting later today, have to be there at 12:30, but we probably won't be getting home until 9. It's such a pretty day, should stay in the 70's, perfect tournament weather, but it sure has my allergies going! Zyrtec will be needed ;-P

It was a quiet day. The alarm didn't go off and I happened to wake up at 6:30 and woke Wayne.We made it to Sunday School on time! Ha ha. No plans -- will do something later. It is almost midnight and we have no business staring some silly TV show -- LOL! -- but bed is calling.
