    Good Afternoon Joce!
What a gorgeous day it is today! I think it's the nicest day we've had yet this year. Good luck with your errands. Yum on spaghetti and meatballs. I was working on my Family tree this morning and then met up with a girlfriend for lunch. We went to the Lone Star for lunch and had Steak Fajitas and Frozen Margueritas. Now I'm stuffed!
Jim ran back to Costco and bought us two pear trees and two forsythias. We were eyeing them up our last visit there, did some research and decided to give it a whirl.
    I'm making Lori's
    Picture Perfect Grilled Chicken
for dinner this evening along with some grilled veggies, mushrooms, tomatoes, red pepper and onion.

Hi! Holy cow it's dead in here! Yum on spaghetti, crossing fingers you have time to make it Joce!

I always get stuffed when we go and eat Mexican food Janet, although I know Lone Star is probably not a Mexican restaurant, that's just the only type of restaurant that serves fajitas here :) Yum on that chicken, that's another one of those recipes I'd like to get around to making eventually!

This morning I went to get hamster food at the pet store and of course it turns into a long trip because we have to go and look at each and every animal :) Then went to Target and got Caiden some summer clothes. All of his shirts from last summer are a little short. My MIL stopped by after lunch to bring Michael's b-day gift and ended up staying a couple hours and chatting. Had this for lunch Chicken Salad and dinner will be leftover chicken and potatoes. Have T-ball practice and gym class tonight. Hope everyone had a wonderful day!!

Good afternoon Janet, Joce, Michelle. I thought about starting a thread but didn't have any interesting pix to add, couldn't come up with a title, and finally decided to set it aside for a bit.

We are having leftover Bulgogi tonight. Love fajitas - Wayne hates Mexican cooking so I don't get to order them too often bec. it is, like you said, the Mexican restaurants that usually have them.

Not much going on today. Tomorrow will be busy. See you later.

Happy Anniversary Michelle! :) (YAY, I remembered!) :) The Lone Star is a Tex-Mex restaurant. Very yummy. Do try the Picture perfect chicken. It's got a lot of flavour and it's easy to whip up. Once I even bought chicken pieces (I always use pieces with bone although I think Lori uses b/s breasts) at the store, threw them in a freezer bag with the marinade made up and froze them. Brought them to a cottage a couple of weeks later and they were all set to go (and acted as freezer packs in the cooler on the way there) when we got there. I was very proud of my prep work. :) LOL @ the Pet store outing. You'll look back and miss those times immensely, so treasure them. (I know you do already) Have fun with t-ball and gym class.
No need to have an interesting picture or a fancy thread title Karen. We've been known to simply write the day of the week at times. :) Yummers on Bulgogi. I came across a Korean cookbook in my shelves that I'd forgotten I owned so want to go through it again for inspiration.
Did a couple of hours yard work and cleaned leaves out of the hosta bed at the side of the house. There's a gorgeous big patch of vinca growing there too and that's a tricky thing to pull leaves out of let me tell you!
