Good afternoon everyone! It is almost 1:00 PM here!
Laurie, Maybe the person who got the job decided not to accept it? Or they checked their background and references and found something wrong? Who knows don't worry about it! If you have been dreaming about that job and they offer it to you take it! The very best of luck on your interview!

Not much happening here. Den did the grocery shopping this morning and mowed the lawn. It is very hot and humid here again! Den is having his normal cheeseburgers and fries and I am not sure yet what I am having. My doctor upped my pain meds and that is helping the pain quite a bit, but my tummy from IBS and fibro is still giving me grief. Just going to hunker in with the A/C and try and get comfy.

Just got back from Walmart, I needed a new Texans shirt and a few other things. Woohoo, Texans first pre season game is tonight and I am pumped! We are going to go play pool with my brother and some friends here in a bit, then head over to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the first half or so of the game and eat some wings. Then we are going to go play darts and watch the rest of the game. Meeting my Mom at my Aunts house tomorrow to pick up the kiddos. My Memaw is in town house sitting for them and we want to visit some with her before she leaves :) Hope everyone is having a great Saturday!

Breakfast buffet had high quality and expensive choices. I was impressed. The chef made perfect omelette to order. I had fresh fruit, cashews, almonds, potatoes, cottage cheese, tiny pancake with real maple syrup, and Napoli coffee - strong and to die for. Loved the coffee!

Just got home, Rick had 2 jobs today..an opener install up here and a service call in Chico..then we picked up some fresh eggs from a woman in Chico who has a mini farm..so cool, just what I want..only a bit bigger, and out in the middle of no where:) ..I am pooped..told Rick this GD business wears me out..haha

I don;t have a clue what we'll be having for dinner..yet!

Worked at Macy's today.
Dinner was grilled steak and chicken and grilled asparagus with garlic potatoes.
I'm ready for a nap and it's only 5:20 lol. We ate early.
