Good Morning Everyone! Our Furnace guys are showing up today to finish the install and I have a hair cut appointment at 10 so will have to get going earlier than normal today. :)

Haven't decided what I'm going to make for dinner yet.

LOL Karen @ Fritz and his long list of chewed items. LOL. Have fun with the new Gator today!!!

Your Beef and Noodle dish sounded yummy Kimmer. I don't know if I can do it yet or not but I'm going to try use up every single thing in my freezer before we leave so I can unplug it while we're gone. I'm doing an admirable job so far but there's not a lot of room in the refrigerator freezer so we'll have to see!

Gotta go move the car out of the garage before the furnace guys show up so they don't block me in. Have a great day everybody!

    Good Morning Everyone.
Clear blue sky this morning here and already 85(f).

Not sure of my plans today. I may run an errand or two, may go to the grocery store, may clean, or then again just may do nothing at all.
And as usual no clue what to make for dinner tonight.

Hope the rest of the furnace work goes well Janet. Enjoy your haircut appointment, it always feels good to get your haircut back into shape. Do you have plans for stops along the way for RR? I too can't fathom why people want to climb mountains, it doesn't look enjoyable at all. Rock climbing is another one. It's an achievement for sure for those who do.

When will they remove the port Karen? Is it uncomfortable? Oh my on Fritz chewing up your thermometer. Yea on the new toys coming today! Thank God LD isn't a chewer. The only time he destroyed something was when he was a puppy and DH got tired of all his toys scattered about. DH picked them up, put them in a basket, and put them up on a table … well LD chewed the corner of a wall and did a pretty good job too. DH returned his toys immediately. LD will destroy his toys but he won't go after anything else.

Beef and noodles sound good Kimmer, sorta like a stroganoff. Hmmm, now you have me wanting it.

Good that your furnace is getting installed, Janet.

Linda, my port will probably stay until my oncologist feels comfortable removing it. It doesn't bother me and is not uncomfortable -- half the time I forget it is there. Just a bump under the skin. Some people do have problems or it hurts or whatever. If that happens it will be removed.

That's good you don't have any problems with the port Karen. Hoping it's able to be removed real soon.

Got the master bathroom cleaned. Just have to do the shower and will do that before I take a shower. The grout around the seat is cracked again, especially underneath the lip and I just don't know what to do with it. I can't remove it because then it will need to be retiled and because of the size of the shower it'll cost a fortune. I've already had it regrouted at least 1/2 dozen times. It's a bad design from the builder and I have no recourse to remedy it.

Home from town and all went well. Decided to make
    Oven Fried Panko Chicken
for dinner this evening. Maybe some steamed spinach on the side and a Caprese salad. I need to clean my house too Linda, but the closer I wait until our departure the cleaner it will be upon our return. :) Argh on the grout in the master bathroom cracking again. I guess if it's too expensive to change it out then you just have to look at it as a ongoing maintenance bill. :(

We're stopping two nights on the way to Rainy since it's such a long drive. Even that's a lot of driving but because the Pandemic just makes things harder and not as much fun, we decided to shorten the trip and just get there as fast as possible. The first day will be an 8 1/2 hour driving day and we'll stay over in Sault St. Marie (border town to Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan) and then the next day will be an almost 8 hour drive from the Sault to Thunderbay. That's not including stops for lunches etc. I've already booked a hotel in each city.

My Mom's port is permanent and it doesn't bother her although as I think I mentioned, she's not fond of the flushing procedures as they're a little uncomfortable. She is up in Winnipeg today getting her stent change done so praying all goes well and smoothly.
