Reading through many of your secret ingredients lists, I feel I'm looking in my own pantry.
I particularly love fresh herbs. Often I buy fresh and only use some of them and they end up wilting or worse before I get to the rest of them. So I've started freezing them. Extra rosemary? Clean it, chop it up or keep a few tender sprigs, put them in a small ziploc take a sharpie and mark the bag and freeze it. I've got fresh rosemary for my next loaf of Olive Rosemary Bread. Same with fresh Bay Leaf. I bought a pack of fresh, so much better than dried. However, recipes usually only use 1 or 2. I've got 20 left. Clean em an freeze em...
Frozen herbs are great for adding to soups, sauces, etc...

I agree, DeeDeeC with the Jiffy mix thing! That stuff works wonders!

I like to have good condiments around. You can always make a good sauce/soup or casserole if you've got a good sauce base to start with!

    Bay leaf
    Olive oil
    Cake mixes--lots of different ones
    Good black pepper/peppercorn mix
    Kosher salt
    Frozen biscuits

Hmmm....let me think on this. I'll come up with more!! lol

Ok! I've thought of a few more...

Lipton Onion Soup Mix--gotta have it for everything from meatloaf to pork.
Campbell's Mushroom Soup--gotta have it for everything else.
Sherry--I use it to flavor so many things. A splash in soup is divine and makes people wonder what you're using.
Bacon Pieces--those Hormel ones in the yellow package. Use 'em for lots of stuff wherever bacon is called for but when I don't feel like frying. Throw a few pieces in a can of beans and it tastes more like homemade.
    Worcestershire
    Soy Sauce
Cream cheese-for everything from mashed potatoes to soup and in between.
