2 bags of ready to go spinch ( add more spinach if you like)
1 onion (red) finely chopped
1/2 cup of asaigo cheese finely shreded
1/2 feta cheese
1/4 cup of rice
35mls butter
1 egg
pyllo or puff pastry
1/2 can of cream of chicken
1 cup of chopped mushrooms
2tbls dill(optional)
salt/pepper to taste
On med heat
1. 15mlsof butter melted in large pot
2. add onion litely sautee
3. add spinch slowly and stir until settled
4. add rice and cream of chicken-mushrooms and mix
5. turn heat off
6.add cheeses /salt-pepper-dill stir
7. 1 egg
remove from stove
pre heat oven to 350f
you can make a large pan or individuals
take a large backing pan spray pam
line 3 phyllo sheets
then add filling
3 phyllo sheets on top and tuck in sides
remaining melted butter wash top phyllo sheet
and bake for 30-40 min
until golden or
cookie sheet - spray pam or butter
take 2 phyllo sheet and cut 4inch section length
add 2tbls of filling
take one coner down to make triangle shape wock it all the way down. when done lightly wash with butter
