About me
I am half Hungarian, some people would say that says it all. I love food and I love to cook. I never use packaged foods, I start dinner over breakfast! My passion is breads, love rustic loaves. I have no professional training, but started watching the Galloping Gourmet as a kid, and used his recipes to fix dinner for my family. I only learned in my 30's that my Mother, who worked full time, always came home wondering what kind of mess her kitchen was in. My parents were very tolerant. Now as a grownup, I am trying to pass what I know on to my two children. Daughter really could care less, son wants to be a chef. There ya go!
