Add a tad more milk and you can make the cream-puff-cake go through the holes. Don't over-do-it, however, or you'll have mush!!!

I think putting the packets on the grill, leaving a little opening in the foil on the top would be fine. However, I would use heavy duty aluminum foil. May have to test a packet for doneness.
