About me
I live in sunny Florida. I do not like hurricanes. I enjoy making homemade meals for my family and friends. I have enjoyed cooking since a young girl. Taught first by my grandmother, I went on to learn the skills of a resturant line cook, dinner chef and banquet chef, but found the hurry up methods employed by most places lacked the homemade touch. So now I enjoy a more relaxed life that gives me the chance to share good homemade goodies in the quiet kitchen of my country home.
