My doc recommended a gluten free life for me since Feb09. It's been good for me, but not without frustration. All these different flours and the chemical balance of every recipe... I had no idea how many gluten infused items were in my kitchen! I cannot tell you how much food I have ruined trying not to sacrifice flavor and texture. I've always cooked/baked just for fun; now the kitchen represents an aggravation at this point in life. I am happy to listen to any of you who can help me make this transition more smoothly. You should know I am married to a wonderful guy who is so willing to be a "Glutenator" with me as long as flavor and consistency are not compromised. ;)
