About me
I have had an on again off again relationship with cooking for years. at the moment, we're on. i used to be more into gourmet cooklery, but now more into non-pretentious, old fashioned yet fresh ingredient fare. i love to research historical recipes from the 18th and 19th centuries. i love baking, but never do it as often as i like. If I fulfilled my dream of being a pastry chef i I would weigh 500 lbs and have diabetes within my first year on the job.
