About me
I'm a busy Mom to a 9 year old willing to try anything once and a very picky 10 year old. I've been blessed with a Husband who enjoys my cooking and is willing to try anything once as long as I can hide the onions :). I work a 12.5 hour nightshift 4-5 nights per week so I don't have as much time to cook as I'd like. My latest adventure is trying to follow the Once A Month freezer style of cooking adapted to be more like once a week. I'm looking for healthy, family friendly recipes that are simple and quick to prepare.
