About me
I like to cook but would much rather eat anyone else's food but my own. :) I think I get that from my mom! But I am a good cook - at least I think so! I like trying new recipes that don't require a lot of different ingredients or preparation - I sometimes get stuck when I find a recipe I like - making it over and over again. :-) I also like to make things that will taste just as good, if not better, the next day.

Hey, about the soup you don't need to put the parsnip in if you don't like it, add extra carrots or a large potato instead. Basically, it's more for the body of the soup than anything, I think just leaving it out without a replacement may leave the soup a little thin. Enjoy!

I serve this with sour cream - it would also be good with some hot sauce or tossing the chicken in taco seasoning before or after cooking.
