Thank you sooo much. I made this lastnight and ended up with extra company at the last minute. Was a huge hit and everyone got fed! Yum Yum!!

Is this really spicy the way the recipe is written?
If so, I assume I could use the regular Ro-Tel and regular sausage. Otherwise it sounds very good.
