I can't get a handle on what this tastes like. At the same time it sounds very good. I will have to make it. Thanks for the post.
Do you use Dijon or yellow mustard?

Hi Cabin, I've tried it with a variety of different mustards actually. I generally just use a yellow mustard though. I don't add a lot so it doesn't affect the flavour too muc
