My passions are cooking and photography. I am married and have no children, just one dog. Lately, since it's been getting cold out I've been really looking for new crock pot recipes. It's amazing what good things you can make in a crock these days. I also love to cook from scratch when I am up to it. I'm an adventurous eater and love to try new ingredients.

Enchilada Sauce

Very nice sauce, I'll go check out the enchiladas, too. You could probably use butter instead of shortening.
