About me
I'm a Texan, living in Thessaloniki, Greece, w/my Greek husband! I'm inspired by both of my countries in every aspect of my life, including my cooking! Greek cooking can be very tasty & healthy, if using the correct methods of cooking & using olive oil in it's purest form, w/lower heat cooking or as is, on salads, veggies & dribbled over cooked meat! I also spend much of my time creating hand made items, painting, photographing every beautiful, interesting site, person or animal I see. Beach-combing is a passion, that I participate in every single day!

Very good !! I just want to mention that 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley , a vital ingredient in this traditional recipe , would make a significant difference . Bravo !!
