About me
I live with my husband in metro Detroit. I love to bake, cook and entertain, but haven't done much of any lately. We lost our 19 year old son in July, 2008 and it's been very hard to get back to any kind of normalcy. We also have a 23 year old daughter who lives about 1/2 hour away, so there's just the 2 of us to cook for these days.

The addition of the Bleu Cheese with the steak is wonderful.
I would coat the steak with cracked pepper , just my taste preference.
