About me
I love food, I love to cook. I am basically Southern Savory, but love to experiment and add other cultural influences. I have lived in New Orleans, North Louisiana, Ms., Ga, Fla, D.C., Tn, Ca, Japan, NY, Ma. so that makes me a kind of a gypsy. Army brat. and moveable family life. I now live in S. Fla. I am 70 and my partner and I have cooking therapy all the time. I still work part time. But I do have some medical issues. We wrote a cookbook for our neices for Christmas, and I'm about to attempt one for myself......Where will it go??? who knows. Looking forward to meeting lots of foodies, Top Chef and Food Network people and cooks, cooks. I find it interesting that most people go out to eat, we don't unless it is something very special, or to a special chef. My partner says "why should we go out when we do it better and more natural here. Thanks, Aileen
