About me
I started cooking when my mother told me that if I wanted something different for dinner I'd have to make it myself. I took her up on the offer. I make mostly light, healthy but flavorful dishes and favor international and historical slants to modern or regional classics. Though as I have a busy day I do make basic things allot of the time. I am considering cooking school, though I've heard the drama and backstabbing make high school seem tame. Not into that, don't tolerate it well.
