About me
I'm a surprisingly adept little chef considering how much experience I have, and love creating new and interesting dishes. I spend way too much of my time perusing recipe sites and books, looking for yummy things to make, and inspiration. I absolutely adore veganising omni recipes, especially baking ones, making them more compassionate and, usually, healthier, too ^_^ Recipes calling for nutritional yeast are currently my biggest food pet peeve, as they always sound so darned yummy, but the stuff is impossible to find here (I will probably eventually bite the bullet and order some of the 'net).
