About me
I have always been a foodie. I just didn't know it. I never knew that food could be an acceptable passion. I have always loved reading cookbooks, seeing food prepared, watching anything to do with food on T.V or reading about it in books. My first "foodie" memory is of going grocery shopping for Christmas dinner when I was about 5 or so. We went to a different grocery store, across town. To the right of the entrance were open coolers. I peered inside and saw caviar. I was impressed. I had never (nor have I yet) tried caviar, and my parents never had it or talked about it, but somehow I knew at that age that I was seeing something to be impressed by.
