I am 44 years old and have just recently found my love for cooking. I love anything citrus with a passion. You could call me a limeoholic with severe lemon tendencies! I'm a meat and potatos kind of gal ,but will not give up my veggies just to fit the stereo type.(vegetables ROCK!!!) I also love cajun food(excluding catfish} and jamaican foods. I am currently on the hunt for the ultimate oxtail recipe. I love gamey meats. I adore anything from the sea. Unfortunately cannot seem to enjoy any lake fish at all. I am a huge animal lover and my hubby and I enjoy the company of two dogs, two cats,a lop eared rabbit,a quaker parrot,a bearded dragon and a fish tank full of oscars, plecos and a bala shark.
