Yes I'm mexican, but that doesn't mean that we can't be friends. Ha! HA! Love to joke and cook . Love my friends and cooking for them. Have three beautiful children. Nina 18yrs. wants to go to culinary school, Iliana my little devil is 15yrs. lights up any room, loves to laugh, Leo is 11yrs. the girls say he is my spoiled brat. Love them like crazy. Married for 19yrs to a wonderful husband named John. Have lots of crazy friends whom I love like crazy.

These sound really good. Lentils can get boring, but this spices it up a little, plus the veggies will be crisp. Yumm, saving this to make this weekend! Thanks for the post
