    Salmon Pot Pie - Thanks for posting your results on the pot pie - you are clearly an adventuresome cook. Salmon is the chicken of Seattle too, I will have to give that a shot. = )

    Hi Alaskacookin! Thanks for the invite. It is seeing a friendly neighbor here, don't seem to be too many of us Alaskans here. I bet your freezer is very full of all that wonderful fish. We had too busy of a summer and didn't fish at all this past summer.
    So did you get any snow down there yet? We only got a very light dusting up here. I want snow!!!
