About me
I live in Kenai alaska and winter is should be comin' on strong but instead has been wet and warm (global warming?) - so I will be inside cookin up a storm! I have a ton of salmon, halibut , and flounder in my freezer and always lookin for something new to try! Try to eat healthy fat free when possible but with the weather that can get down to 30 below sometimes we need that extra warm rib stickin FAT food!! I am lookin forward to trying some new recipes and meetin some new friends on here, this looks like a FUN place to exchange!

Hi Alaskacookin! Thanks for the invite. It is seeing a friendly neighbor here, don't seem to be too many of us Alaskans here. I bet your freezer is very full of all that wonderful fish. We had too busy of a summer and didn't fish at all this past summer.
So did you get any snow down there yet? We only got a very light dusting up here. I want snow!!!
