About me
Hello: I am Ali, also known as Alan and I am also proudly known as Chef Alby in some circles. I am your average American male who likes to eat like a guy. However, I am very much into fitness and good health, so I try to eat well. I am a very creative cook who enjoys making everything from scratch. I grow my own Basil, Oregano, Mint, Dill, Cilantro, Coriander and Rosemary as well as many of my own vegetables. I really enjoy cooking with spice and making dishes of many ethnic varieties. Some of my favorites are: Chicken with Olives, Tortilla soup, as well as my famous homemade Chicken soup. (That has a secret ingredient). I am always looking for new and challenging ideas as to what to cook next! Looking forward to sharing many new culinary experiences with you!
