I hope you will enjoy this site and obtain some good recipes with which to start your married life. With the price of gas going up, up, up ($3.77 per gallon at the cheap gas station here)you may have to stay at home more! LOL! Altho, I have to say, that grocery prices are skyrocketing as well.

Hi Alli, Thank you for your kind comments on my Lentil soup recipe. To answer you question regarding the type of noodles. It's really a matter of preferrence. Most Lebanese cooks use a smaller noodle so that it does not take over the soup. I use a thin "Amish style" egg noodle that is not too long. If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask...
