About me
I'm a graphic designer, raised in the states, but now living in beautiful Wellington, the capital of New Zealand. For the last couple of years I've been trying to eat less meat and more veggies and soy products, and this has really opened me up to a ton of flavors and foods I never knew I was missing before! And actually, some that I was better off not knowing about-- such as durian. :

Lemon Poppy Seed Cookies

I have an excess of poppy seeds at the moment, so these will be perfect - love the citrus-y flavor in these, and the sour cream is bound to keep them moist and soft...deliciou
