Cupcake obsessed vegan foodie. I love to cook, usually improvise, (and rarely measure, sorry). I love trying and recreating great ethnic and international recipes but also love to veganize "classic" favorites like Mac N Cheese, pizza, and barbecue. My kitchen bible is Isa Chandra Moskowitz's Vegan With A Vengeance. My friends Karen, Georgia, and my lovely boyfriend Rob, are my cooking icons/mentors and partners in crime.
