  Thanks so much for checking out my brownie goody bars.... the original recipe calls to keep them in the fridge... but to me they were too hard that way...so I kept them out on the counter top.. they didnt last that long anyway as the are so rich...let me know if you make them......Z

  Hi Alyce...Thank you my friend for your kind comment.try these measurments.
  
  1 cup plain yogurt (rinse the pot and use as a measure)
  1 cup caster sugar
  1 cup sunflower oil
  2 eggs
  2 cups self – raising flour
  1 1/2 cups strawberries plus extra for decorating, diced.
  Finely grated rind of 1 orange.
  For the icing and decoration
  1 cup icing sugar, plus extra for dusting
  1 tbsp orange juice
  orange food coloring (optional)
