About me
I love to cook, bake and create! I love looking through cookbooks of all sorts! Its very time consuming though. I am turning 61 this month (actually tomorrow)...and have grown kids...and I can say..while growing up they all had home made and balanced meals everyday! They love my cooking, and they can all cook...(some if they have to, but my daughter really enjoys creating her own recipes too). I found this website because I was looking for a chocolate frosting recipe for my cupcakes...I love all the recipes I have found...so many wonderful cooks out there!!!

Thanks so much for checking out my brownie goody bars.... the original recipe calls to keep them in the fridge... but to me they were too hard that way...so I kept them out on the counter top.. they didnt last that long anyway as the are so rich...let me know if you make them......Z

Hi Alyce...Thank you my friend for your kind comment.try these measurments.

1 cup plain yogurt (rinse the pot and use as a measure)
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
2 eggs
2 cups self – raising flour
1 1/2 cups strawberries plus extra for decorating, diced.
Finely grated rind of 1 orange.
For the icing and decoration
1 cup icing sugar, plus extra for dusting
1 tbsp orange juice
orange food coloring (optional)
