About me
When I am not teaching, I love to play the role of June Cleaver. My husband is a rather fussy eater. We do not eat beef or pork in our home. Our dog likes to eat everything too. I enjoy things others find strange (anchovies being one of my favorite flavors). I have a rather odd food allergy to olives; however, I will continue to eat olive oil as it takes the extra virgin kind to get me real sick. I can eat the cheap stuff as it doesn't contain much of the chemicals from the olive. I hope to meet others who cook fairly low-fat and eschew pork recipes.
