About me
I'm a mother of two beautiful boys and a chef at a small french restaurant in Southern California. I love to go sailing whenever I get a chance (I don't actually do the sailing, my husband does). I also have a weekly bookclub and love to try at least one new restaurant a week.

San Diego is heaven for a gastronome such as myself.

Amanda,am I wrong, or did I see you on a television show not too long ago? It probably was a PBS station and I remember San Diego was mentioned because that is our favorite place in the world. This young lady was receiving an award and I believe she worked in a French restaurant. Oh well, I am probably wrong. We spend a week on Mission Beach every summer and are trying to find a good sushi restaurant near there. My daughter looked up a place called Mr. Shushi on Garnett, I believe. Any advice? Thanks, and I can't wait to look at your recipes!
