About me
I am a mom to 2 boys, and I also have a dayhome. I love to cook, and my husband loves to eat so we are a match made in heaven! I am slowly starting to do a little baking, but I do not really enjoy it like I do cooking. Trying new ingrediants is my goal for this year, things I have never tasted or cooked with before. It has been fun, and I enjoy broadening my recipe repetoire.

Got your note. No I haven't tried the Shrimpcargot yet -- have to talk DH into it as he hates fungi (mushrooms). I guess I could have double mushrooms and take his too.
