Hi amyliz - glad my user name brought back memories for you! you will have to check out the recipe I posted for krumkake this past holiday season...there is a picture attached, so it should look familiar to you! Yes, we still enjoy many Scandinavian traditions here, too, like Swedish sausage and lefse...used to celebrate Dip-in-the-Kettle on Christmas Eve, but none of the "younger generation" is too interested in carrying on that tradition! It's always nice to meet someone who knows what krumkake is!!
