Very nice & easy to make, except that it doesn't state how much salt to use (I used 1/2 tsp)

Good meat balls but the sauce was a little lackluster. Guess that shows off the flavor of the meat balls better.

Could only find smoked mozzarella at the store without buying the pre-shredded type. It added a distinct offset flavor to the meat and pasta flavor.

Sorry I didn't get any pictures. The meal was coming together too fast.

The destructions said to make the meatballs in the oven but the way it sounded to me is that you make these on the stovetop. So I browned the meatballs on the range and when I added the sauce and cheese, popped the pan in the oven to bake while the pasta was boiling.

Mother had two helpings. Don't need to translate that for you.
