About me
I am originally from the East Bay (Pleasanton, California) and have been living in the Indianapolis area a little over 3 years. I worked in restaurants for close to 15 years. I believe that exposure not only put me through college but had me try foods that I probably would have never experienced. My husband purchased a smoker and I think he's found his calling. Smoking meats and brewing beer make him a happy man.

I just made this, it's yummy. I am not a big meatloaf fan, but I was wanting meatloaf, so I did a search and found this recipe. I am very glad that I did. I doubled it as well
