About me
I've been collecting recipes for years - just wish I had time to try all of them...I always try to eat healty, some days are just so much easier than others. I spend all weekends (Thurs p.m.-Sunday p.m.) April through October living on a boat, so a lot of my favorite meals are those that can be thrown together easily either in the galley or on the grill. Our boat is at Catawba Island in Lake Erie. My girlfriends at the Marina and I all have light up tiara's that we wear, and special "Queen" glasses that we drink from...hence the tiara as my tag photo. I'm a bit of a party girl always out to have fun - that's what life's about, isn't it?
