About me
I am a stay at home mom worked for over 11 yrs in a pharmacy as a certified tecnician. I had to leave due to advanced chrons diease. But i'm doing so much better now that i'm not around many illnesses. I spend all my time home with my husband and our fantastic 8 yr old son nathaniel. I love to cook and i'm doing it all the time. I am a knitter,crochetier,and avid reader.

I used the croutons on your chicken because I rarely ever buy bread crumbs, but just crush up croutons when I need them instead. I would like to try the panko, too, as I love the crunchiness of them!
